Extras for Cliniko is a browser extension that adds a to-do list for unwritten notes and patients who haven't rebooked, billable hours on the diary, notes on hover and 20+ other tools to the Cliniko pages you already use. Less clicking, fewer missed notes and rebookings.

What it does

Never miss a note or a rebooking

A to-do sidebar lists treatment notes still to write, patients who haven't rebooked and cases about to end. Unwritten notes are a compliance risk; lost rebookings are lost revenue.

See your billable hours on the diary

A billable hours panel shows how much of the day earns money, and one click highlights every billable appointment.

Notes on hover

Hover over an appointment to see the patient, medical alerts and their latest treatment note - no clicking in and out of each one.

Find the next free gap

Jump straight to the next free slot of the length you need, instead of paging through weeks while a patient waits on the phone.

Your data stays in your browser

The extension works inside your browser using your existing Cliniko login. It has no servers of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking. The address map uses Google Maps and travel estimates use postcodes.io - both can be switched off. See the privacy policy for details.

Every feature can be switched on or off from the toolbar button.

Diary

  • Dots for new, returning and not-rebooked patients
  • Flags for frequent no-shows, and birthday cakes

Pricing

£5 a month per user - a fraction of a single session fee. One saved rebooking a month pays for it. Each practitioner subscribes on their own.

Questions

Is my patient data safe?

Patient data never leaves your browser except to Cliniko itself. The extension has no servers of its own and no analytics or tracking. The address map and travel times are optional, and send only an address or postcodes.

Is this made by Cliniko?

No. Extras for Cliniko is an independent product, which is how it can add features Cliniko doesn't have yet.

Will it break when Cliniko updates?

Cliniko changes can affect a feature, and fixes ship quickly when they do. The extension is actively maintained, with frequent releases.

Do my staff need training?

No. It adds to the Cliniko pages your team already uses, and anything you don't want can be switched off from the toolbar button.

Why pay for an extension?

At £5 a month, one rebooking it saves each month more than pays for it.
